A PWA is a website that installs on a phone and behaves like a native app. Attendees tap "Add to Home Screen" and your convention icon sits on their phone alongside everything else. No developer submission. No app store fee. No waiting on Apple approval.

After your site is built and live, you run everything yourself through the admin portal. Update the schedule, toggle sections, manage speakers, swap sponsor tiers, and push alerts to attendees. All of it in one place without touching a line of code.

Questions we actually get asked.

Yes. Push notifications are a standard feature of the modern web platform and are fully supported by PWAs. On Android devices this works as soon as the attendee installs the app. On iOS devices running iOS 16.4 or newer, it works when the PWA has been added to the home screen. The notification appears on the lock screen just like a text message, which is why it is far more reliable than email during a live event.
Yes. After setup your team manages everything through the admin portal. You can update the schedule, show or hide sections, manage speaker profiles, swap sponsor logos, reorganize tier placement, and send push alerts to attendees. None of that requires a developer or contacting Script Rocket. You are fully in control from day one of launch.
Script Rocket Events is in active development. We are onboarding a small number of early access clients now, building their sites, and working closely with them as we finalize the platform. You are getting in early, which is why the pricing is at its lowest point. We are transparent about that.
During the initial setup, speaker information is collected through a form you share with your speakers and then built into the site by Script Rocket. After launch, you can update speaker profiles directly through the admin portal. A self-service speaker portal where each speaker manages their own profile is on the roadmap for Phase 2.
Every giveaway entry is captured as a contact record in your admin dashboard and sent to your connected marketing platform. You own the data. It can be used to grow your email list, follow up with attendees after the event, or feed into whatever CRM or email tool you already use.
The $2,500 setup fee covers the complete build of your first convention site. That includes PWA configuration, custom design matched to your branding, speaker directory, schedule builder, sponsor category setup, giveaway form configuration, and technical launch. Returning clients who run the same convention each year pay a $750 refresh fee to update speakers, schedule, sponsors, and dates for the new event. The $199 monthly fee begins when your site is live and covers hosting, platform updates, and ongoing support year-round.
You write the message in the admin portal and hit send. The push notification goes out to every attendee who has the PWA installed and has granted notification permission. It takes about thirty seconds from the time you write the message to the time it appears on attendees' phones.
